Please be advised with effect 01 June 2019 it is an offence to arrive in Tanzania
with any form or plastic carrier bag irrespective of thickness. You are advised to
remove all plastic packaging and leave it on the aircraft prior to disembarkation.
Possession can lead to a fine of up TSH 200,000 or imprisonment of up to 7 days or
both.
If you are carrying a small zip lock back with toiletry items, this is allowed.
