Day 1: Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park. Our driver will be ready to pick you up at 03:30 am from hotel or agreed on point and start safari to Mikumi National Park, the trip will take approximately 5-6 hours to arrive Mikumi NP. Arrive at Mikumi mid-morning, and direct to the game drive. Mikumi National Park is one of Tanzania's larger parks and has excellent birdlife as well, as being good for viewing predators; there are a rich variety of bird species as well as large numbers of giraffes, buffaloes and elephants and close to the water holes also lions, leopards, and hippos.
