Seriously. I didnt know what to fully expect but everything was first class from the transfers to the accommodations. Mwajabu was very prompt in her responses and put me at ease since this was my first trip to Africa. I highly recommend Hello Tanzania and the trip that i booked.

This is the second time that I used Mwajabu. She is very attentive and will take care of every detail. If there are ever any issues, she's always available to remedy them. Highly recommend her and her team. We had an amazing Safari!

Hello Tanzania, have provided us with a wonderful experience of our first time in Tanzania and the Mikumi Safari experience.
Mwajabu has been wonderful in answering and helping with any query I had throughout the process.
We were picked up straight from the airport, very early in the morning, Mwajabu had arranged an on the go breakfast for us.
Loads of drinks and snack were provided for the journey. Our safari was amazing, our safari guide/driver Bob was very knowledgeable and made the safari experience so much better, Camp Bastian was lovely and the food and service provided.
Mwajabu checked up on us through messaging throughout the safari and even after. She also helped arrange our ferry tickets to Zanzibar which was ready at our Hotel after the Safari.
Mwujabu and her team provided consistently professional and very friendly service.
We very highly recommend Hello Tanzania, we will be visiting Tanzania again, Mwajabu and Hello Tanzania we will meet again.

NLEverything went according to plan and Hello Tanzania delivered outstanding service!
Meajabu was very helpful and “no” was mot in her dictionary.
We visited Makumi game reserve and were lucky to see the big five. The hotel was simple but ok. All the food was included, als during the safari.

I went to visit my family who live in Dar Es Salaam, but went with a friend who was experiencing Africa for the first time. Naturally a safari had to be on the agenda. This trip was fantastic, the lodge at Camp Bastian was luxurious and comfortable with amazing, accommodating staff.
The safari in Mikumi and the hike up Udzungwa mountains were incredible , much recommended experiences. The guides were friendly and so knowledgable. They are also dedicated and prepared which in Tanzania can be a rarity.
Lastly the whole show is set up and run by a woman named Mwajabu, who is perhaps the most keen and dedicated manager i have ever met. She is invested in every customer's experience and takes a very hands on approach. She is not to be shied away from.
For $450(£330ish) for 3 days, 2 nights, accommodation, meals, transport and experiences I really cannot complain whatsoever. The customer service was of a high quality and i came away from it satisfied, with friends made and instagram-worthy pictures!

USThe Best Experience!
We could not have went with a better company for our safari adventure in Tanzania! Everyone we interacted was friendly and kind and professional. Our driver Abdallah was amazing, not only did he make the 5 hour drive from Dar to Selous comfortable he also stopped to get us fresh fruits along the way, and was not annoyed by my many bathroom breaks! On our drive out of Selous Game Reserve he went way off the beaten path to get us a close up view of the buffalos, he always got us a beautiful view of the elephants, you could tell he knew what he was doing and was very good at it. We also had Deborah accompanying us for the entire trip and we enjoyed having her because she was able to help us navigate a lot of situations and answered all our questions, we were grateful to have her because it made us feel more comfortable and at ease. During the game drive we had a tour guide, Michael, was basically the Selous Game Reserve Whisperer - this man knew everything!! He took us out at 9 in the morning... Read more
