  Day 1: Dar es Salaam - Mikumi Our driver-guide will meet and greet you in town (either at your hotel, the airport, or your home) and then start drive to Mikumi National Park. You will arrive at around noon and immediately go on a game drive en route to your accommodation. Upon arrival you will have lunch and then go on an afternoon game drive until 5:30 pm. Overnight stay will be at Mikumi Tanapa cottages on bed and breakfast. Always is good and beneficial to stay inside the park so you will be around the wildlife, but safe. Arriving from Zanzibar late at 0900 or 1000hrs will be the best ideal to stay inside the park accommodation, we kept in mind that the clients will arrive late afternoon so keeping the clients inside the park will make more benefit to explore the park more.
